LegumNorth Global advises and represents businesses, investors, institutions, founders, and individuals on complex domestic and cross-border legal matters where strategy, discretion, and decisive execution matter.
Our practice is structured around the realities of complex legal matters: multiple issues, compressed timelines, significant consequences, and the need for clear strategic direction.
We approach legal questions in the context of the client's broader commercial, regulatory, financial, and reputational objectives.
We coordinate legal strategy across jurisdictions where transactions, disputes, investigations, or regulatory considerations extend beyond a single legal system.
Disputes, transactions, investigations, finance, technology, regulatory and corporate advisory capabilities are brought together around the requirements of the mandate.
Critical mandates are handled with direct senior involvement, strategic oversight, and accountability from assessment through execution.
Beni Prasad Rathore is the Principal Counsel and Advocate at LegumNorth Global, with a practice focused on complex litigation, investigations, commercial disputes, arbitration, regulatory matters, and strategic legal advisory. Mr. Rathore strictly follows No Delay - No Excuse policy in his work.
His practice is particularly focused on White Collar & Investigations, Cross-Border Disputes, Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate Advisory, Regulatory & Compliance, Insolvency & Restructuring, and Criminal Defence. His work involves matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, arbitral tribunals, NCLT/NCLAT and other judicial and regulatory forums.
He holds an M.A. in Criminal Law & Forensic Science from NALSAR University of Law and an LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. His approach is anchored in rigorous legal analysis, strategic judgment, professional independence, and effective representation in matters where the legal and commercial consequences are significant.
“Good legal work is not only about knowing the law; it is about understanding the stakes, finding the right strategy, and having the discipline to execute it in real time when it matters most.
Beni Prasad Rathore
Time is part of the legal strategy. We do not allow avoidable
delay, communication gaps, or uncertainty about the next
step to become a problem for the client.
Where time affects rights, remedies, evidence, negotiations and commercial decisions, we treat time as part of the legal analysis.
The matter is acknowledged and its urgency is recognised.
Deadlines, exposure, immediate risks and available options are identified.
Critical actions are separated from matters that can safely follow in sequence.
The required legal or procedural step is initiated without avoidable internal delay.
The client knows what has happened, what comes next and what is required.
Time-sensitive litigation, investigations, regulatory action, negotiations and other critical developments are identified and escalated appropriately.
Known procedural, contractual and statutory deadlines are treated as strategic constraints, not administrative details.
Where a matter requires immediate senior attention, it is escalated rather than left within an ordinary workflow.
Active matters should have a defined next action, appropriate responsibility and a clear understanding of what follows.
No avoidable delay. No unexplained silence. No matter without a next step.
The No Delay Policy concerns avoidable internal delay and communication gaps. It does not guarantee the timing, conduct or outcome of courts, tribunals, regulators, governmental authorities, opposing parties, clients or other third parties.
Complex legal matters require more than technical knowledge. They require disciplined analysis, clear communication, and coordinated execution at every stage of the mandate.
We bring the relevant legal disciplines, advisers, and jurisdiction-specific expertise together around one coherent strategy.
Our CapabilitiesClients receive direct access to the lawyers responsible for the strategic direction of their matters, particularly when decisions are time-sensitive or consequential.
Discuss a MatterWhere a matter crosses jurisdictions, we focus on consistent strategy, reliable communication, and effective coordination with relevant local counsel and professionals.
Our NetworkOur capabilities are designed to work together where a matter involves overlapping commercial, contentious, transactional, investigative, or regulatory considerations.
High-stakes commercial disputes, arbitration, litigation, white-collar matters, investigations, enforcement proceedings, fraud response, and crisis-driven legal strategy.
Corporate transactions, investments, commercial arrangements, restructuring, strategic projects, financing, governance, and legal advice supporting critical business decisions.
Regulatory exposure, investigations, governance, compliance frameworks, privacy and cyber risk, enforcement response, and emerging legal risks affecting businesses and institutions.
Legal practice carries responsibilities beyond individual mandates. Our approach is grounded in professional independence, integrity, confidentiality, and respect for the rule of law.
Where appropriate, we contribute professional time and legal expertise to matters involving significant questions of legal rights and access to justice.
Research, commentary, and legal analysis form an important part of our commitment to informed discussion on developing areas of law and regulation.
We remain committed to professional independence, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and the standards expected of advocates and legal advisers.
